Q:: Do you ever purchase a CU(Commercial Use) products to use in your design? What do you think of these products available in the market today?
Sandrine::
I buy what I can’t make myself like ribbons and strings. But I do not buy but a few things to prevent having the same thing as anyone else. When I will get a new camera, I will make my own ribbons and I will put in my kits more natural elements.

Q:: Does the sales of your designs give you a good income or is it just enough as pocket money?
Sandrine::
I consider that I earn quite a good living at this moment. I am my own employer and at the same time, I can take care of my children. I am privileged. So, I don’t do this activity (creation) full time because I am involved in a lot of activities with my two boys; the baby is not even going to school yet. It is not always easy to organize everything to fit together but I get by.

Q:: You are French. How do you market your products in the English-speaking forums? Do you have any help in this area?
Sandrine::
I talk English, not fluently but enough to make myself understood. I always have my English-French dictionary with me. I make mistakes, which upsets me. I keep asking people to forgive me.

Q:: You also create Word Arts. How is the sales in this area? Where do you find the right words and placement of text to create a design?
Sandrine::
It is like with everything, it is a feeling. There are customers for word art, especially people making clean and simple and those who do traditional scrapbooking. It depends on the WA, certain worked quite well while others did less good.

Q:: Where do you sell your products to? Do you also sell in a French store? Is the management the same as in other US-based stores? Tell us about it.
Sandrine::
I sell only at Shabby Pickle Designs.
