'Greet the Summer Hues'

by Jeanye Labaya

You know the age old saying “Beat the Winter Blues”. With its’ mute and dreary colors, cold and rigid temperatures and the decrease in daylight hours, it is an ever so appropriate adage. Being that summer is the opposite of winter in just about all aspects and I love a good play on words, I have officially declared “Greet the Summer Hues” the official summer saying of the digital scrapbook community.
