| Christmas Tradition | full of gifts has grown quite large along with our family. Realizing how important these traditions have become to my children, we started a few new traditions exclusively for our children. We all go caroling the week before Christmas as a family with a few friends tagging along. Each year we secretly adopt a family in need and leave gifts at their door on Christmas Eve. Decorating the back of our front door are the many Christmas cards we receive each year. Our whole family decorates the Christmas tree while listening to our favorite Christmas music. We bake dozens of cookies for our family Christmas cookie exchange that takes place on Christmas Eve. Take the challenge of creating new family traditions this year for your family and write to us telling us what you did and how your family liked it! |

Santa would be greeted by all the children taking turns sitting on his lap and telling him what they most wanted for Christmas. He would then pull out a gift with their name on it from his sack. Each child would open their gift from Santa (er, um, their parents) and we then gave Santa his plate of cookies and waved goodbye to him. This tradition continues in my family today, although Santa’s sack
