Q: What is the inspiration when creating this kit called ‘Water Fun’ for TDS Studio?
Lindsay Jane: Summer + water + kids = awesome fun. All kids love playing with water when the temperature heats up.
Q: How would you define your style of design at this moment?
Lindsay Jane: My style leans towards the look of traditional paper scrapping.
Q: Where do you live? Does it has an influence to your inspiration and type of kits that you produce?
Lindsay Jane: Although being born in England, I have lived in Adelaide, Australia nearly all my life. I produced my ‘Stumped’ mini kit because cricket is very popular here with kids and adults.
Q: How long have you been designing? Why digital scrapbooking?
Lindsay Jane: I have been designing for over 3 years, and love the flexibility of digital.
Q: Is designing your full time occupation?
Lindsay Jane: 5. Designing is now my full time occupation.
Q: What was the most fulfilling and rewarding feeling you ever get about your designs?
Lindsay Jane: I love how my designs can be used so differently on each page depending on people’s imagination.
Q: Tell us a little about yourself and family.
Lindsay Jane: I have always loved working with computers, and for the last 19 years I have drawn floor plans and sketched houses for real estate agents. I have been married for nearly 24 years and have three teenage boys. Most days are spent driving them around to school and soccer practice. We recently moved house and are now in the process of painting, redecorating and preparing to install a swimming pool before Christmas.
