Tracie Stroud's designs are so pretty, fun and lively. They attracted TDS Studio's attention and it is only appropriate that she is invited to participate in this one-of-a-kind elegant site. Her kit designed for TDS Studio, Isn't She Lovely is such a darling kit every girl would love to have in her layouts.
Q: What is the inspiration when creating Isn't She Lovely kit?
Tracie: My daughter inspired me to create this kit. She is very girly, and I wanted to make a girly kit to scrap pictures of her.
Q: How would you define your style of design at this moment?
Tracie: A little bit of this, and a little bit of that. I try to make designs that appeal to a wide range of scrappers, from those looking for traditional, paper-inspired designs to those who want more of a digital art look.
Q: Where do you live? Does it has an influence to your inspiration and type of kits that you produce?
Tracie: I live in Louisiana, but I have travelled extensively. My travels have definitely inspired the designs I create.
Q: How long have you been designing? Why digital scrapbooking?
Tracie: I've been designing since January of this year. I've always loved scrapping, but I couldn't find the time or space for it after my kiddos were born, so digital was a natural leap for me.
Q: Is designing your full time occupation?
Tracie: I'm a stay at home mom first, then a designer.
Q: What was the most fulfilling and rewarding feeling you ever get about your designs?
Tracie: One of my customers asked for permission to use my designs in the newsletter for the assisted living
