CHA Summer Trade Show

.... uses for this product, for both traditional and digital scrapbookers alike. The system will retail for about $100 and that will include your first book cover. Covers come in several sizes for all kinds of projects.
The best part of the entire show is completing all of the make and takes that the different manufacturers offer. Provocraft, maker of the Cricut machine, was displaying their new Pixar and Disney cartridges by offering a Lightning McQueen picture frame. The characters are pieced together with all of the pieces that have been cut out by the machine. It only took me 5 minutes to complete Lightning. The booth was bustling with excitement between the awesome make and take the the prize giveaways every 2 hours.
Many digital designers have made the move into the paper industry by creating products for paper manufacturers. Prima Marketing showcased the work of Dianne Rigdon, Corrina Neilson and Iron Orchid Designs. They are also offering a new product that will help LSS's incorporate digital into the traditional scrapbooking store. Amy Teets had new papers at DreamStreet which were absolutely gorgeous. And finally, yours truly had three lines of papers at Bo Bunny. It was so exciting to see digital and traditional meet and blend so well! I hope that future shows will be able to make this connection even stronger!
The whole CHA experience is totally exhausting but it's also exhilarating and inspiring. For three days you are surrounded by excellence and artistry. The manufacturer design teams are so amazing and you can only stand in awe at the beautiful projects they have created to showcase the products. When you leave the show, you come home energized and ready to create even more beauty. The ideas are flowing and you can't wait to sit down at your workspace and create. I hope that when you see the new products in the stores, you will feel the same inspiration to create beautiful art!
