April Staker created her Leah kit to be feisty, yet girly, like her youngest daughter. Leah is exactly what April was shooting for. I was initially drawn to the funky and grungy colors of this kit. It also contains just the right amount of bling. The brown, pink, blue and orange color scheme is so unique and fun! The elements April designed for this kit are also very unique and eclectic. It is full of fun swirls, both in solids and glitter styles. She has included a couple of fun metal doo-dads as well. I really love the small touches of green in some of the elements. It really sets off the rest of her |

designs. April also has designed a really neat border element that makes adding a fun edge to your page quick and easy. One of the unique themes in her elements are the funky circle pieces. These are fun to use in a variety of ways. I personally used them as a frame and as a faded pp design element. One very useful thing with the Leah kit, is that all the papers coordinate with each other. It makes it fun to use your custom shape tools to design fun frames or elements with them as well.
Below are other comments made by the team:
Jadelyna: Harder to work with due to lack of "solid" elements - Lots of swirlies but no frames, just a few doo dads. Paper was kind of random too! Needed more solid, toned down paper but it can work. Loved the torn paper edge thing!
Leah: I loved the colors in this kit and the funky designs of the patterned paper! More solid papers would be a great addition to this kit.
There were some really neat elements, I especially liked the flowers and the ribbon and the torn page border is fabulous!!
I would have liked to see some frames and more glittered elements added to this kit, as well as a few more color-coordinated elements and fasteners.
